You may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. This 60-day window gives you plenty of time to try our coffee and decide if it meets your expectations. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, with no signs of tampering or excessive use. We understand that you may want to try a few sips to test the flavor, so minor sampling is acceptable as long as the product is otherwise intact and resalable.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at with your order number, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant details or photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product (if necessary). In most cases, we do not require you to return the product for refunds, but we may ask for it in certain situations, such as damaged or incorrect items.
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars), the used on our shop, and will be credited back to your original payment method.
